Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of LaterRole. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy and Community & Messaging Policy.

1. Who can use LaterRole

You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information when you register. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account.

2. What LaterRole is

LaterRole is a community and career platform for international students, graduates and professionals already living in Lithuania. We help members connect, share, and find opportunities. We facilitate introductions between talent and employers, but we do not guarantee employment, interviews, or any particular outcome.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant us permission to store and display your content as part of running the platform. You are responsible for what you share, and you must have the right to share it. Content posted "anonymously" is hidden from other members but remains linked to your account for us.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Community & Messaging Policy. In short: no harassment, hate, spam, scams, illegal content, or sharing other people's private information. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Private messaging

Messaging is for genuine, respectful contact between members. You can block and report others. Reported conversations may be reviewed by our moderators, as explained in our Privacy Policy. We may limit how many messages or requests you can send to prevent abuse.

6. Talent and employer submissions

When you submit details (or a CV) as talent, or an inquiry as an employer, you allow us to use those details to help make relevant connections. Using these forms does not create any guarantee of a job, candidate, or partnership.

7. Availability and changes

We provide the platform "as is" and may change, suspend or discontinue features. We try to keep things running smoothly but cannot promise uninterrupted service.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or harm the community. You can stop using LaterRole and ask us to delete your account at any time.

9. Our liability

To the extent permitted by law, LaterRole is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for content posted by members, or for the outcome of any connection made through the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of its courts.
