LaterRole exists because the hardest part of moving abroad is the part that starts after you land.
Every year, international students, graduates and professionals arrive in Lithuania with degrees, skills and a plan. The visa clears. The flight lands. The hard part hasn't started yet.
What follows is a quiet, private struggle that almost nobody talks about out loud. Job listings in a language you're still learning. Referrals that circulate among people who already know each other. Interviews that end without a reason. A master's degree and a warehouse shift. Not for lack of ability, but for lack of a network and a map.
LaterRole was built to close that gap, for the people who are already here.
Not a job board. Not a relocation agency. A community where you can ask the question you've been too embarrassed to ask, anonymously if that's what it takes, and get an answer from someone who has already been through it.
What we hold to
Four things we won't trade away.
- Anonymity is real, or it is nothing
- Post anonymously and your name never touches the feed. Moderators keep your identity on the backend so the space stays safe. That is the only place it lives.
- No approval queue
- You join, you post, it is live. A community that makes you wait for permission is not a community.
- Already here, on purpose
- We do not do relocation. Everyone in this feed is on the ground in Lithuania, dealing with the same Migration office and the same job market as you.
- Free for talent, always
- Employers pay to reach you. You never pay to be reached. If that ever changes, it will not be quietly.
